Remosa designed and fabricated a new concept isolation valve for high temperature application. Because of the innovative, patented design, this valve, where other valves often fail, guarantees a tight shut-off under the most extreme operating conditions, including high temperature and pressure.
Field operators will not risk being exposed to hot gas during valve operation. Hot gas can not escape during valve operation. Line blinding is not mandatory with this new Remosa isolation valve.
The innovative disc and seat design with stellite hardfacing on the contact area guarantees for infinite open/close cycles a perfect metal-to-metal contact even at extreme temperatures. Unlike other valves currently available on the market, gaskets do not need to be changed to assure tight shut-off after a few valve cycles.
Remosa's double clapet valve is fabricated by forgings and plates. No cast material is used.
The valve body can be internally lined with abrasion resistant or refractory materials.
Valve clapets are operated by the Remosa Digital High Pressure Hydraulic Power Control Unit.
