At REMOSA all manufacturing, including heat treatments, is done in-house. This is why we can guarantee quality control and delivery schedule.
Modern milling machines, with a swivelling table capable of accommodating work pieces 3 m long x 2.5 m high and weighing up to 15 t, allow machining of the most complex valves.
A water cutting machine is used to cut stainless steels and INCONEL to avoid any alteration of material properties resulting from cutting with conventional methods.

After welding, valves are subjected to a Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) using modern furnaces.
Refractory material application is carried out by technicians trained and qualified by specialized companies.
Sandblasting and painting are carried out with an automatic system.
